After the hugely successful Stonehenge weekender,we are delighted to announce the Shilstone Estate Medieval Weekender.
The Shilstone Estate in Devon, where Timeless Elegance Meets Devon’s Charm. Shilstone is a captivating destination that seamlessly combines a variety of enchanting experiences. There will be 200+ acres of undetected pasture,the land is rich in medieval history and The 1086 Domesday Book provides the earliest documented evidence of Shilstone, and tells us who owned the land before and after the Norman Conquest. An archive is located on site that you can visit at any point during your visit to research the land you are detecting to help your treasure search.
Your ticket will give you 3 nights camping, 2 days detecting (12th of April- 15th of April 2024).
Detecting will be from 9am-6pm.
Arrivals on the friday from 3pm, departures to be off site monday 10am.
In the camping area there will be food/music and men’s and women’s toilets.
Free tea,coffee and bottled water throughout the event.
There will also be a limited number rooms available at the hotel that we will release information about in due course at an extra cost with cooking and toilets/showers.
Rules:
This site is a Strictly no litter site and bins will be located throughout the venue. Anyone caught littering will be ejected immediately from the event.
There will be designated smoke areas on the site and we kindly ask that this be adhered to.
With respect to the locals, there will be no music or loud noise after 10.30pm.
No disposable bbq or open fires.
Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and cleaned up after.

Refund policy: your ticket will be refundable up to 28 days before the event (14/03/2024) – a 10% transaction fee will be charged for refunds.
